Privacy Policy
Effective October 23, 2026.
Clipcarrier (the “Service”) helps creators publish short videos to YouTube, TikTok and Instagram on a schedule. Videos are submitted through a Telegram bot. The Service is operated by Clipcarrier. Privacy questions: [contact e-mail not set].
Information we collect
- Telegram data: your numeric Telegram ID, name and username, used to identify you as a workspace owner or an editor.
- Videos and captions: the video files you send to the bot and the title, description and publishing time you set.
- Platform access: when an owner connects YouTube, TikTok or Instagram, the platform issues an OAuth access token to the Service together with the account ID and display name. The Service never receives or sees your passwords.
- Publishing records: upload status, the ID and URL of the published video, and an error message if publishing failed.
How we use it
Solely to publish your videos to the platforms you choose at the time you choose, and to show you the result. We do not sell data, show ads, use your videos or account data to train models, or share them with third parties other than the platforms themselves when publishing.
Platform permissions we request
- YouTube (Google): upload videos to your channel and read basic channel information (title and ID) to show which channel is connected.
- TikTok: basic profile information (display name, avatar) and posting videos to your profile via the Content Posting API. Before posting you choose who can view the video and whether comments, Duets and Stitches are allowed.
- Instagram (Meta): basic information about your professional account and publishing Reels. Instagram fetches the video file itself, so while a Reel is being published the file is reachable through a temporary secret link (valid for up to 6 hours) that is given only to Instagram.
Google user data
The Service’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to upload videos that you submitted to your own YouTube channel.
Storage and security
- Platform access tokens are stored encrypted.
- Video files are deleted from our server after they are published to all selected platforms, or no later than 30 days after a publication is cancelled.
- Publishing records (title, time, link) are kept while the workspace exists so you can see your history.
- Only the workspace owner and editors they invite can access the workspace. Editors see only their own videos.
Revoking access and deleting your data
- You can revoke platform access at any time in your Google Account (Third-party apps), in TikTok (Settings → Security → Apps) or in Instagram (Settings → Apps and websites).
- You can delete all your data — workspace, access tokens, videos and history — yourself in the dashboard (Settings → Delete workspace and all data), through the platform, or by emailing [contact e-mail not set] with your Telegram username or ID. See Data deletion for details. Email requests are completed within 30 days and confirmed.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
